Loving Kindness
Workshop
Join Rob Fowler in October for a workshop focussing on loving kindness.
Saturday 4 October
9am - 1pm
During the first half of the workshop we will work through a series of asanas (postures) targeted at an appreciation of our bodies; and particularly being kind to ourselves.
In the second half we will focus on pranayama (breathing) to bring an appreciation of our breath to help bring positive energy. We will use a yoga nidra to help cultivate pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses) and move towards dharana (concentration) and onto to dhyana (meditation).
